It reminds me of Vineet Nayar, the CEO of HCL, who in his book, ‘’Employees First, Customers Second’’, has talked about the importance of trust in any organization and how it can create a feeling of belongingness among the employees towards their organization. This is why, he has tried to create a working environment, where the employees can have both trust and transparency in his organization, making efforts to overcome the dehumanization of the workforce. Vineet Nayar also mentioned that along with the other parameters, compensation is one of the most effective strategies to enhance and retain employee trust.</description>
